GRAND OPENING OF DOG PARK

IN MILTON

SATURDAY, MAY 18

10 AM

Join us in celebrating the official opening of Milton's new Dog Park on Saturday, May 18 at 10 am. Located in Bombardier Park West within beautiful wooded scenery, the Milton Dog Park is a three-acre, fully enclosed, double-gated Dog Park for all to enjoy!

The leash will be cut at 10:15 am sharp with town dignitaries including Milton Town Manager Don Turner, Selectboard Chairman, Darren Adams, and members of the Milton Recreation Commission.

Gift bags will be given to the first 100 dog owning guests with products provided by sponsors including Pet Food Warehouse, Milton Veterinary Hospital and others.  A free raffle will be held with goodies for your puppies including a gift basket from Pet Food Warehouse, water bottles and more.

Pet photos will be taken by Held in the Moment Photography and other community organizations will be on hand to support in this new Town of Milton venture.

Be sure to take a moment to sit and relax with your pup on one of the five benches, generously created and donated by rising Eagle Scout, David Heath.

You will find a “Rock of Remembrance” as you enter, where visitors can reflect and honor loving pets, big and small, who may be lost or have passed away.  Milton Veterinary Hospital donated the plaque and Milton Town School District supplied the boulder for this special pet remembrance site.

This is a free event however, donations are always welcome to help support Milton Recreation and the new Dog Park.
