Description
Under the Town of Colchester Integrated Water Resources Management Plan, the town will explore development of various preservation measures and management plans to ensure the protection of the communities water resources today and for the future. Among the alternatives will be the consideration of a municipal watsewater and stormwater utility that could include both public and private infrastructure.
